TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Gifts From You!

Joining Gifts From You is completely free and sending gifts to other users is optional. The only time you will have to pay is when sending a gift to someone. We don't take any money from the gift budget you select to send someone and 100% of the money goes towards collating and sending the gifts. If the cost of sending the gift is even a penny short of the chosen amount the remaining funds will be added towards the monthly prize draw.

All orders made on Gifts From You are made pursuant to the following terms and conditions.

1) We try to make Gifts From You broadly available to everyone, but you cannot use Gifts From You if:

  • a) You are under 16 years old.
  • b) You live outside of the United Kingdom.
  • c) We've previously disabled your account for breaches of our Terms or Policies.
  • d) You are prohibited from receiving our products, services or software under applicable laws.

2) Orders are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

3) Gifts From You will not be liable for any other costs incurred by customers.

4) All visitors must provide a valid email address at the time of booking, in order for Gifts From You to contact you to confirm your order and with any information regarding your gift. Be aware that our communications may be treated as spam and sent direct to your junk/spam folder, so please check these for communications from us.

5) An order for a gift is not complete until accepted by us. We try to ensure all prices are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the gift you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and we may either cancel the order (in which case you will be refunded in full) or give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price.

6) In rare circumstances, it may be necessary to cancel, change or postpone the gift. In such circumstances, you will be contacted via the email address provided on booking. Please ensure that you check your email (including your Spam/Junk folder) for all such communications. We also advise that you check our website as any changes/notifications will also be posted here.

7) Gifts From You accepts no responsibility for loss or damage suffered during transit or in connection with opening / using the gift(s).

8) The sending of gifts is at all times subject to any terms, conditions or rules of Gifts From You and our shipping partners. If you breach those terms, conditions or rules Gifts From You may refuse the order.
